You are hereby notified that you have been sued by Substituted Plaintiff in the above cause in the District Court of Cherokee County, Oklahoma, entitled Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, Substituted Plaintiff v. Ruth S. Womack and Ruth S. Womack, Individually and as Trustee of the Amended and Restated Garland Jack Womack and Ruth S. Womack Revocable Family Trust dated the 3rd day of March, 1999, et al., Defendants, and that you must answer the Petition of said Substituted Plaintiff on or before the 4 day of December, 2017, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and a judgment will be entered for the sums due under the Note and Mortgage which are the subject of said suit in the amount of $25,594.35 with interest, attorney fees and all costs and a Decree ordering foreclosure of said Mortgage, barring your interest in the following described real property:



A tract in the N/2 of the NE/4 of the NE/4 of the NE/4 of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Twenty (20) East of the IB&M, more particularly described as following, to-wit: BEGINNING at a point 255.00 feet West of the NE corner of said Section 26; thence South 140.00 feet; thence West 75.00 feet; thence North 140.00 feet; thence East 75.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, Cherokee County, State of Oklahoma, according to the US. Survey thereof, commonly known as 612 E. 6th Street, Hulbert, OK 74441 (the "Property")
