NOTICE OF ORDER TO SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Virginia Seabolt, that on the 21st November, 2025, that Valerie Quinn, the Guardian of the Estate of Virginia Seabolt made Application to sell real estate belonging to this estate.
Notice is further given that the 16th day of December, 2025, at the hour of 10:30 o'clock a.m., has been fixed as the time for hearing said Application in the District Court Room of the Honorable Joshua King, District Judge, in Tahlequah, in said County of Cherokee, State of Oklahoma, when and where any person interested may appear and contest the same.
