NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
Click n' Close, Inc. vs. Sidney Logan; Case No. CJ-2025-54

Notice is given that on January 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. o'clock at Cherokee County Courthouse, in Tahlequah, Cherokee County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Cherokee County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

THE NORTH 208.7 FEET OF THE EAST 208.7 FEET OF THE NE4 OF THE SE4 OF THE NE4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 23 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE U.S. SURVEY THEREOF, CHEROKEE COUNTY, OKLAHOMA;

subject to unpaid taxes, assessments, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, prior security interests in fixtures, if any, and all interests not herein adjudicated, said property having been appraised at $135,000.00, and subject to any applicable statutory right of redemption. Sale will be made pursuant to order of sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Cherokee County, Oklahoma.

Pursuant to judgment, Plaintiff reserves the right to recall the Special Execution and Order of Sale and to cancel this scheduled sale orally or in writing at any time prior to sale without notice or leave of Court. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Cherokee Nation Financial Resources Building Conference Room, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464 then a site visit will follow at the GaDuGi parking lot, located across from Cherokee Nation Complex in Tahlequah, OK. Interested parties are to provide bids to furnish all labor, quality control, materials, supplies, and supervision to complete the project. The project must be completed within _90_ calendar days after Notice to Proceed issued by Cherokee Nation. The specifications, scope of work, and all pertinent dates are available in the bid packet and instructions. Sealed bids will be accepted from Indian and Non-Indian bidders. All Cherokee Nation buildings, whether leased or owned, and the grounds surrounding those facilities are considered by the Nation to be a drug free and tobacco free workplace; the successful bidder will ensure all employees, subcontractors, and other workers will abide by this policy. Successful bidder must complete required TERO paperwork and pay all applicable fees in accordance with current Legislative Act for this project.
