NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL,
APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE,
DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estates of Glenn Edwin Scott, Deceased, and Janice Lynn Scott, Deceased, that on the 28th day of January, 2026, David Brian Scott, produced and filed in the District Court of Cherokee County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Glenn Edwin Scott, Deceased, and Janice Lynn Scott, Deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the Probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to David Brian Scott, the Personal Representative named in said Will and requesting that the Court judicially determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees.
Pursuant to an Order of said Court made on the 28th day of January, 2026, notice is hereby given that on the 26th day of February, 2026, at the hour of 11:00 o'clock a.m., of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will at the District Court room in the Courthouse in the City of Tahlequah, County of Cherokee, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested therein can appear and contest the same.
