COMBINED NOTICE ON SUMMARY PROBATE
TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST, OR INTEREST IN, THIS ESTATE:
TAKE NOTE THAT this probate is being conducted pursuant to the summary probate proceedings, and that the dates and deadlines set herein supersede all others.
Patricia Gladys James a/k/a Patricia Gladys Tillison-James. a/k/a Patricia Rogers, late of Park Hill, Cherokee County, Oklahoma, died intestate on or about March 25, 2025.
Patricia Virginia Bitting, represented by counsel as set forth below, has been appointed as Special Administrator of the Estate of the Decedent.
Patricia Virginia Bitting, Thurman Leo Bitting, and Cinneide Tribias Nakisisa are heirs of the estate of the Decedent.
The value of the subject estate is less than $200,000.00.
ANY PERSON RECEIVING THIS NOTICE OR ANY INTERESTED PARTY MAY FILE OBJECTIONS TO THE PETITION AT ANY TIME BEFORE THE FINAL HEARING AND SEND A COPY TO COUNSEL FOR THE SPECIAL ADMINISTRATOR, OR THAT PERSON WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE WAIVED ANY OBJECTIONS TO THE PETITION.
If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed; and
All creditors having claims against the Decedent are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each credit with respect to such claim, to counsel for the Special Administrator as set forth below, no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the order admitting the petition and combined notice, or the same will be forever barred.
The hearing on the Final Account and Petition for Distribution shall be held on the 7th day of April, 2026, at 10:00 o'clock, a.m. before the undersigned judge.

Published in the Tahlequah Daily Press on August 13, 2024 PUBLIC NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS CONCERNING PROPOSED BURN NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, to owners of lands adjacent to land owned and operated by theOklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation known as the Cherokee Wildlife Management Area that between August 1 and September 30, 2024, the operators of such Wildlife Management Area located in parts of sections 2, 3, 4, 9,&10 T14N, R21 E, and sections 14, 15,16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 29, 30, 34,&35 of T15N, R21E in Cherokee County, Oklahoma intends to burn as a prescribed burning an estimated 2,000 acres of above mentioned property. This notice is pursuant to Title 2, section 16-28.2 requiring written notice be given to all adjacent property owners within 60 days of a prescribed burning. Property owners may contact Brent Morgan at the Department of Wildlife Conservation at 918-931-0432.
