NOTICE OF INDIAN CHILD CUSTODY PROCEEDING
TO:TIMMY PUGLIESE & UNKNOWN FATHERS
Notice is hereby given that a petition for guardianship of the above named minor child has been filed by Destiny Locklear. The biological parents have the right to intervene in the proceeding, and to request an additional twenty days from receipt of notice to prepare for the proceeding. If the parents are unable to afford counsel, counsel will be appointed to represent them. Hearing is set on the 28th day of August, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. at the District Court of Cherokee Nation located on the second floor of the WW Keeler Tribal Complex at 17675 S Muskogee, Tahlequah, OK 74464. Failure to appear and contest this proceeding may result in the child being placed in a guardianship.
