A Petition for Summary Administration Pursuant to 58 O.S. 245 was filed in the above styled cause. pursuant to 58 O.S. 245, the following combined notices hereby given:

5. The Total estimated net value of the probate estate of the Decedent as set forth in the Petition is less than $100,000. The legal description of the real property of the estate is:
Lot Two (2), Block six (6), GUINN ADDITION NO. 1, an addition to the City of Tahlequah, Cherokee County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
6. The Final Hearing shall be held on the 29th day of September, 2026, at 10:00, before the Honorable Joshua C. King in the Cherokee County Courthouse, Thalequah, Oklahoma.
7. Any person receiving Notice or any interested party is advised:
A. Any such person may file objections to the petition at any time before the final hearing and send a copy to the petitioner, or that person will be deemed to have waived any objections to the petition.
B. The claim of any creditor will be barred unless the claim is presented no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the Order admitting the petition and combined notice.
