THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:
The known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns of DORIS IONE STAUSS, deceased, and all persons claiming by, through, or under them:
You, and each of you, are hereby notified that the Plaintiffs, Trecia Dee Remmert, Foix Ray Stauss, Karen Edith Stauss, and Ben Lon Stauss, have filed in the District Court of Cherokee County, State of Oklahoma, their Motion for Default Judgment in the above-entitled cause, praying that the Court enter judgment quieting title and determining heirship in and to the following described real property situated in Cherokee County, Oklahoma, to wit:
LOT 2 IN BLOCK 2 OF OAK PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF TAHLEQUAH, CHEROKEE COUNTY, OKLAHOMA.
Said Motion for Default Judgment will come on for hearing before the Honorable Douglas A. Kirkley, Judge of the District Court, in the District Court of Cherokee County, Cherokee County Courthouse, Tahlequah, Oklahoma, on the 8th day of January, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.
At said time, the Court will hear Plaintiffs' Motion for Default Judgment and determine whether judgment should be entered against all Defendants who have failed to appear or plead, forever barring and foreclosing them from asserting any right, title, estate, lien, or interest in and to the above-described property adverse to Plaintiffs' interest.
All persons interested in said property or proceeding are hereby notified to appear and show cause, if any they have, why such Motion for Default Judgment should not be granted and the Plaintiffs' title to said property quieted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
