to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Cherrl A. Daubney a/k/a Cherrl Ann Daubney f/k/a Cherrl Ann Bosh; David Daubney; Board of County Commissioners of Cherokee County, Oklahoma; Cherokee County Treasurer; Occupant(s) and Spouse(s), if any, Real name(s) unknown, of the Premises, 21279 S. 484 Rd., Tahlequah, OK 74464 (whose true identity is now known to be Jackie Stilwell), obtained and made in said Court on the 4th day of December, 2025, on its cause of action wherein the court found that there was due the amounts of $230,012.86, together with accrued interest as of June 6, 2025 in the sum of $8,115.26, plus interest thereon at the rate of 8.699% per cent per annum, or as adjusted by the Note attached to Plaintiff?s Petition, from January 12, 2025, until paid, accrued and unpaid late charges in the sum of $182.84, other charges of $20.00, and other fees including all subsequent advances by Plaintiff, if any, for taxes, insurance premiums or expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, abstracting expenses of $550.00, all costs of this action, reasonable attorney?s fees in the sum of $4,400.00, all accrued and accruing herein, he will on the29th day of April, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 am of said day at the Second Floor lobby of the Cherokee County Courthouse, 213 W.
